Eta Tau is part of Region VIII in the nation, under the direction of regional officer Mary Jennings and a part of Province C under the direction of Rebecca Karos. Eta Tau currently has 24 active members.

Eta Tau plays an active role at Shepherd University and throughout the surrounding community.  The chapter performs many duties for the Shepherd Music Department, including ushering and providing concessions at concerts, distributing and caring for RAM Band's uniforms, and participating in Shepherd's Relay for Life event every spring.
